Rasmus Bo Bojesen is a Danish chef and chocolatier who created a great passion for chocolate in his early 20’ies when training to become a chef. Following his passion he was trained by the legendary chocolate maker Bernachon in France and started his own chocolate and pastry creations in 1989.
