Oialla 100% is our purest chocolate. It is made with no milk, no sugar and no flavors. Its strong bitterness and rich cocoa flavor make it optimal for savory dishes - as a condiment in sauces, grated over a pumpkin soup or sprinkled on a salad. Desserts also take on a new dimension - imagine a chocolate mousse with a deep cocoa aroma or a sweet pear tart with a hint of bitter chocolate. The flavor is intense and yet very mild for a 100% chocolate. The flavor lingers and gives a rich cocoa aroma with a mild acidity and notes of minerals, lime and almonds.

100% is great for people suffering from diabetes
