Oialla's organic 46% chocolate, based on Beniano cocoa beans, is a wonderful chocolate that challenges the claim that light chocolate is not 'real' chocolate. Here you get a completely pure chocolate flavor, only slightly rounded off with milk and vanilla, so the flavor appears milder and softer than our dark varieties.

This chocolate is a fixture at Noma, where it is used for René Redzepi's famous pork rinds with chocolate and berries.
